Welcome to Trust Pro Mobile Notary. These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of our website (www.trustpromobilenotary.com) and services. By accessing our website, scheduling an appointment, or using any of our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our website or services.
1. Company Overview
Trust Pro Mobile Notary is a Florida-based mobile and remote notary agency offering professional, secure, and client-focused notarization and related services. We provide flexible appointment options for both individuals and businesses across the State of Florida.
Our services include, but are not limited to:
General Notarizations
Loan Signing Services
Estate Planning Document Signings
Certified Notary Trust Delivery Services
Apostille Coordination
Ink Fingerprinting
Live Scan Fingerprinting (provided in partnership with authorized third-party service providers; equipment and compliance standards are maintained by the partner company)
Wedding Officiant Services (available for civil and non-denominational ceremonies, in accordance with Florida marriage laws; Trust Pro Mobile Notary is registered to legally officiate weddings within the state)
Remote Online Notarization (RON)
Please note that availability may vary by service and by region. Some services may be performed in collaboration with vetted third-party partners to ensure timely delivery and compliance with applicable state and federal regulations.
2. Eligibility
To use our services, you must:
Be at least 18 years of age
Possess valid, government-issued identification
Be legally able to enter into a binding agreement under applicable law
We reserve the right to refuse service to any individual or entity at our discretion.
3. Service Appointments
Mobile Notary Services
Appointments may be scheduled via our website or booking platform. Clients must provide:
Accurate contact information
Type of document(s) to be notarized
Location and time of appointment
Remote Online Notarization (RON)
Clients utilizing RON services must:
Upload required documents in advance
Complete identity verification using our platform (e.g., Notarize Proof or other secure RON technology)
Have access to a stable internet connection and a functioning camera
4. Fees & Payments
All fees are disclosed prior to service and may vary based on distance, document complexity, urgency, or after-hours service.
Full payment is due at the time of booking unless prior arrangements have been made.
We accept digital payments (e.g., debit/credit cards) and in some cases, cash for in-person services.
No checks are accepted unless pre-approved.
Refunds & Rescheduling
Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance to qualify for a refund.
No refunds are issued for completed services or for missed appointments without prior notice.
Rescheduling is permitted once per appointment, with at least 6 hours' notice.
5. Client Responsibilities
Clients are responsible for:
Ensuring all signers are present and willing
Having valid, unexpired identification available
Preparing unsigned documents in advance (notaries cannot advise on document content)
Providing a safe and accessible environment for mobile appointments
6. Confidentiality & Privacy
We are committed to protecting your privacy. All client information, identification, and documents are treated with the strictest confidentiality in accordance with state law and the National Notary Association Code of Conduct.

7. Limitation of Liability
Trust Pro Mobile Notary and its representatives are not responsible for:
The content or legality of the documents being notarized
Delays due to traffic, internet interruptions, or client lateness
Damages, losses, or claims arising from incomplete, incorrect, or fraudulent documentation
We do not provide legal advice. Please consult an attorney for legal interpretation or guidance.
8. Third-Party Tools and Integrations
We may utilize secure third-party platforms to deliver services (e.g., Notary Assist for scheduling, Cardly for CRM, Notarize Proof for RON). By using our services, you consent to these integrations and their individual terms of service.
9. Modifications to Terms
We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms at any time without notice. Changes will be effective upon posting on this page. Continued use of the site or services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
10. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the State of Florida. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be resolved in Hillsborough County, Florida.

12. Media Release & Content Usage
By using Trust Pro Mobile Notary's services or participating in any recorded appointments, events, or sessions, you acknowledge and agree that Trust Pro Mobile Notary may, from time to time, capture photographs, audio, or video for the purpose of marketing, advertising, education, and public relations.
Client Consent:
You grant Trust Pro Mobile Notary, its legal representatives, contractors, and assigns the right to use any such media content in which you, your voice, your likeness, or your business documents may appear (excluding personally identifiable information or sensitive legal documents).
This media may be used for promotional materials, website content, social media, training content, or marketing campaigns without payment or further approval, unless otherwise stated in writing.
Limitations:
Trust Pro Mobile Notary will not disclose full names, addresses, personal phone numbers, or private client records in any public-facing media.
Any sensitive content (such as estate planning materials or legal names on ID) will be blurred or excluded unless explicit written consent is provided.
Revoking Consent:
You may revoke this consent at any time in writing. Revocation will apply only to future content and not previously published material.
