Our Process
1 - Book An Appointment
Select the "I-9 Employment Verification" service on our booking page. Choose your preferred appointment time and location based on the availability of our team.
2 - Complete Intake & Pay
Fill out our intake form and complete your payment at the time of booking. A receipt will be sent to you via email. If you're choosing remote notarization, you will receive a link to verify your identity.
3 - On-Site Verification
Our team will meet with the employee at the scheduled time and complete the I-9 form. The completed form will be returned to the client or employer promptly.
Pricing
Flat Rate: $40 per form
Includes verification of employee identity and eligibility to work in the U.S. by completing the I-9 form.
Add-Ons:
Document preparation: $15 per document
Travel fee (50+ miles): $1 per mile
