Our Process
1 - Book An Appointment
For direct clients, upload your documents and choose your preferred time using our online scheduler. For third-party referrals, we’ll confirm the appointment with the lender and send the payment link after the service is completed.
2 - Complete Intake & Pay
Fill out our quick intake form, select any optional add-ons, and complete your payment at the time of booking. A receipt will be provided via email for your reference. If you're choosing remote notarization, you will receive a link to verify your identity.
3 - On-Site Notarization
A loan signing agent from our team will arrive at the scheduled time (mobile, remote, or in-office) to complete the notarization of your loan documents. We’ll ensure everything is signed, notarized, and handled professionally.

Pricing
Flat Rate: $150
Includes notarization of all necessary loan documents for your real estate or mortgage transaction.
Add-Ons:
Document preparation: $15 per document
Travel fee (50+ miles): $1 per mile
