We help you notarize wills, trusts, and other estate planning documents to ensure they are legally binding. Whether you need mobile, remote, or in-office services, we make the notarization process easy and efficient.
Our Process
1 - Book Your Appointment
Select the "Estate Planning & Trust" service on our booking page. If you've already met with your attorney, upload the completed estate planning documents. If not, click here to receive a list of recommended attorneys.
2 - Prep & Submit Documents
Once your documents are ready, either you or your attorney will return to the website to book your notarization appointment directly via our booking system. Select any additional service add-ons, such as mobile travel fees.
3 - Complete Intake & Pay
Fill out the intake form and complete payment at the time of booking. A receipt will be sent to you via email. If you're choosing remote notarization, you will receive a link to verify your identity.
4 - On-Site Notarization
Our team will meet you at the scheduled time to complete the notarization of your estate planning documents. We'll ensure everything is signed and notarized accurately.
Pricing
Base Rate: $50
Includes notarization of estate planning documents like wills and trusts.
Add-Ons:
$10 per additional signature
Document preparation: $15 per document
Travel fee (50+ miles): $1 per mile
