We provide a secure and convenient way to have your documents notarized remotely, using video calls and a trusted identity verification process. Whether you're at home, in the office, or on the go, we make notarizing documents easy and efficient.
Our Process
1 - Book Your Appointment
Select the "Remote Online Notarization" service on our booking page. Choose your preferred date and time based on our team’s availability.
2 - Complete ID Verification
After booking, you will receive an automatic link to complete your ID verification via a secure platform (e.g., Veriff). Please complete this step before your scheduled appointment.
If ID verification is not completed before the scheduled time, your appointment will be canceled without a refund.
3 - Notarization via Video Call
Once your ID verification is successful (or if you're a returning client), we’ll proceed with the notarization via video call. Our notary will verify your identity, witness the signing, and complete the notarization process.

$50 per session
Includes secure online notarization of your documents.

Document Preparation: $15 per document
Additional Notarizations: $10 each
